Today I spent over an hour and a half at my post office sending a package to Great Britain there are new laws requiring full names,full phone numbers and e-mail addresses and full counts of what is inside of packages. Due to this problem we will no longer accept orders to be delivered out side of the United States and its possessions. Should you wish to order any item from us give us an address in the U.S. where they will accept delivery and forward same to you outside of the US.

Rates displayed on denlys.com are subject to change without notification. All items purchased from denlys.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of Loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Denly's of Boston reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and/or cancel orders in its discretion without notice.

We at Denly's offer the best return policy - 30 days in original holders with the following restrictions: Any note that is offered for resale may not be returned for refund. Any note sent to a grading service may not be returned as they offer opinion only. After 33 years selling notes, I am selling my well educated opinion, not theirs. No commercially graded note is returnable, you purchased their grade not mine. In the event of a severe market change no returns accepted. We really think this is a very fair policy, please do not ask for exceptions.
